His past experience includes work on the Bicentennial Capitol Mall in Nashville, runways for the Nashville International Airport, work at the Rutherford county jail, and various concrete buildings, roads, bridges, parking garages, fire stations, schools, apartment buildings, electrical sub-stations, tunnels and highways all over Tennessee. Additionally, Hayes has worked on hundreds of houses, garages, driveways and sidewalks. Hayes is also involved in reconditioning pre-civil war homes in the area.
